How it Works

Step 1

Choose the membership that fits your needs:
 

  • Spark – 1 hour/month

  • Growth – 5 hours/month

  • Lead – 10 hours/month

 
Each plan includes strategy, hands-on support, and access to your own Notion client portal.

Step 2

Get onboarded! Once you sign up:

  • You’ll receive a welcome guide and access to your Notion client portal.

  • We’ll align on your goals, tasks, brand preferences, and anything else I need to hit the ground running.

  • You’ll get a calendar link to book your kickoff call.

Step 3

Meet with me for the kickoff call! We will choose a marketing goal for you to work on for the next 12 weeks.

  • Receive weekly action items related to your goal

  • Suggestions on how to use your time with me

  • and expert tips

Step 4

Submit tasks as you go. Use your portal to:

  • Drop new requests

  • Upload assets (like images, copy, or logins)

  • See status updates on ongoing projects
    You can submit tasks any time, and I’ll work on them during your monthly hours.

Step 5

I get to work! Based on your priority list, I’ll:

  • Work through your tasks each week

  • Send updates via the portal

  • Ask for any feedback or approvals I need to keep things moving

FAQs

  • Typically you can expect a response time within 24-hours and your task completed within 3-5 business days. Occasionally a task might be more intensive and require more time

  • Once you decide to sign up for your Momentum Membership, you'll be directed to a terms & conditions page and a new client intake form before checkout. Then, a client portal will be created for you and a welcome email with instructions on how to get started.

  • You will be directly communicating and working with me, Hillary. As a one woman agency I am here to give you the time and attention your business deserves.

  • These things happen. Please let me know if you are unhappy at any point in the process, and I will do my best to rectify it. If no resolution can be found, we can simply part ways. No hard feelings. Well, maybe some, but I'll try not to cry about it.

  • Your plan is built to be flexible for you! If you're having a light month, you have the option to roll over your hours to the following month. Your hours expire after a 60-day period.

  • We can accommodate! If you find that you're out growing your current plan, you can switch to a new one at any time :)

  • Because I believe in the quality of my work, I do not offer refunds on work already completed. If you are unhappy with anything we can work to resolve it, or you may cancel your membership at any time.

  • Yes! There are a few things that I won't cover that fall out of the scope of these services:

    • Technical or IT services

    • High production media (ie. video/audio production)

    • Legal, financial or HR tasks

    • Community management or customer support

    • Daily social media posting or engagement

    If you’re unsure whether something falls within scope, just ask!
